Skilled Nursing

Our Skilled Nurses provide basic medical services in the Twin Cities, Saint Cloud, and Mankato areas.  Skilled Nurses provide:

  • Health assessments and monitoring
  • Ongoing communication with physicians, pharmacists, case managers, Home Health Aides and family
  • Post-hospital and post-surgical care
  • Medication management and administration
  • Injection, blood draws and lab collections
  • Monitoring blood pressure, pulse and respiration
  • Wound care
  • Foot care
  • Ostomy care
  • Incontinence, catheter and colostomy care
  • Assistance with therapeutic and special diets
  • Diabetic management including monitoring blood sugars
  • Supervision of Home Health Aides

 

Services must be authorized  and in collaboration with a Physician/Nurse Practitioner Order. We accept most major insurances and private pay. 

Home Health Aide Services

Our Home Health Aide helps support the independence of people living at home in the Twin Cities metro, Sauk Rapids, and Mankato areas.  Home Health Aides provide:

  • Bathing
  • Dressing
  • Oral hygiene
  • Skin care
  • Ambulation and transfers
  • Exercise
  • Meal preparation 
  • Safety checks
  • Laundry and Light Cleaning (after personal cares are completed)

 

Services must be authorized and in collaboration with a Physician/Nurse Practitioner Order. We accept most major insurances and private pay. 

Homemaking Services

Homemaking Services facilitate the daily upkeep of the home in the Twin Cities metro, Sauk Rapids, Saint Cloud and Mankato areas. These trained professionals can provide the following services:

  • Light cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and dusting
  • Washing, drying and putting away dishes
  • Emptying the trash
  • Laundry
  • Changing linens and making beds
  • Meal preparation
  • Shopping for food, clothing and supplies
  • Routine household care
  • Watering and caring for household plants
  • Social stimulation

 

We accept most major insurances and private pay.

Personal Care Assistance (PCA) Services

Personal Care Assistance (PCA) services support a variety of daily activities to support individuals to live independently in their homes and communities. Alliance Health Care provides PCA services throughout the whole state of Minnesota. There are two PCA programs available through Alliance:

  • PCA Choice: You have the control to choose, hire, and manage your PCAs.  Alliance handles employer tasks, such as worker enrollment, payroll, and billing. 
  • Traditional PCA: Alliance finds, hires, and manages your PCAs for you. If you already have a PCA in mind, Alliance can help you hire that person if they qualify.

 

We accept most major insurances and private pay for PCA services.

Alliance Health Care provides in-home and health-related services and assistance with day-to-day activities to people in the comfort of their own home and in the community as needed. It can be used for short-term care, or as long-term care for individuals with ongoing needs and activities. Alliance provides staffing for the majority of these services, though often these services can be provided by someone you know, and we’re happy to help you get them hired.
